He was born in Kocaeli in 1981. In 1998, he entered Kocaeli University, School of Fine Arts, Photography. In 2002, He worked in the window display design division of a large retail clothing store Yargıcı in İstanbul. In the same year, he started working as an assistant to commercial and fashion photographer Koray Erkaya. He continued to assist Bennu Gerede and commercial photographer Tunç Atayön simultaneously within DDM Production, founded by Koray Erkaya. Later, as a freelance photographer, he shot for magazines such as Elle Decor, Bilgi Çağı, advertising agencies, and production companies. He worked on screenplays with the film director Canan Gerede. Since 2010, he has taken part in many commercials and video clips as an assistant director in Postahane Production. He continues his photography and video works.
